Contemporary birch ply Island with sculpted handles
This island is made from formica/fenix faced birch ply, which is a wonderful hard wearing material. Laminated birch ply has a contemporary feel, but also has a retro look. The island was then finished with a practical and industrial stainless steel worktop.
