A traditional solid walnut kitchen Island prep table with an extended worktop for relaxed entertaining

This quirk and bead framed kitchen island in hand painted tulipwood was created to be the centrepiece of a new kitchen for clients in Sydenham. All the internal cabinetry and drawers were in solid clear lacquered birch ply. On one side there are drawers and on the opposite 2 cabinets with traditional panelled mortice and tenon doors. The island was beautifully finished with a solid Elm worktop.
