A traditional solid walnut kitchen Island prep table with an extended worktop for relaxed entertaining

This kitchen island table was made in solid walnut for a client in a restored victorian house in London. The 'in frame' design with beaded mouldings was created with 9 drawers - useful for cutlery and all sorts of other kitchen essentials. On the reverse side there are 3 cupboards with adjustable shelving.

Finished in a clear soft lacquer it complimented the kitchen which we also made. The beautiful solid walnut brackets supported the overhang for more relaxed seating.
